Just a bit of a heads-up: Some of the Team Badger Members will be hosting a breakfast on December 10th. It will be in Kenosha and details will be available by the end of the week. At this point we’ll only say that you should plan on an early meeting of forks and knives.
****We’re also planning on adding a Community Service spin on the morning.

11/16/2005 at 2:19 am #1738478Cool…another event! Thanks for planning it.
I’ll have to check with Professor first.
Tami11/16/2005 at 2:21 pm #1738479Excellent! I’m hoping we can make this one as well. The kids will be off having breakfast with Santa, so I think we’re free!
11/26/2005 at 8:46 pm #1738480Have any further details been posted regarding December 10th? Did I miss something or has this been cancelled?

12/11/2005 at 8:59 pm #1738484Thanks for the fun – I had a great time talking to everyone and the kids put away a ton of food!
I want to give a special thanks to CB&MB for finding us a great place to stay for the weekend and providing me and the kids with dinner and entertainment the night before the event. You guys are the best!

* * * * * * * * * *12/15/2005 at 4:15 pm #1738485Well, the event date has come and gone. There were a few less people passing through that day than had posted a plan to attend, but it was okay. We had a nice time chatting with people while they were there.
There was no rush to eat and load coordinates. There were no cachers running around the place looking under coffee pots, or salt shakers. No one lifting up chairs looking for a log to sign. There was no travel bug frenzy caused by the tough and log method of trading! There were only cachers, enjoying the company of one another while eating a great breakfast.
Some left arrived early to get a start on a pre-planned cache run. Some signed the logbokk and left for a bit to complete their quest for a coin. Some came and stayed till the group left.
Some came from as far away as Maryland just to log a Wisconsin event. (That was VERY COOL!)
Thanks to all who attended! We had a nice time chatting with all of you. Sorry we didn’t get to spend more time wandering around, it was a strange (but good) morning for us.
See you next month when Team LightningBugs host the next event…in FT Atkinson.
