        DON’T WORRY GUYS!!!

        I’ve been in contact with the creator who is in the UK. He will be selling some to the regular geocoin community at non-ebay prices soon. He said he’d send me the link when it was ready.

        It was going to be a surprise……Oh well.

            I don’t really know any more details than what I already posted. I’ll let you know when I hear from him again.

            I assume he’s selling some coins on ebay to defray the cost of making it. By doing it before others have a chance to buy any, he doesn’t have to compete against anyone.

                  If all goes well, I will have about 15 Team Badger coins in hand to sell at my event. I’m not going to take pre-orders, they will be first-come-first-served. Price is a bit high at $10, but they are being shipped from the UK and trackable (I’m not taking any profit).

                  There should be other opportunities to buy these out there. If it’s announced in the geocoin forums, I’ll post a link.

                        You know, I don’t have to pre-order these and front the money for them to have them at my event. I just didn’t want everyone emailing me about them. And I did say I would post the ordering link when it was available, didn’t I?

                          OK, looking back I see there may be some confusion about what I said about an ordering link. There is none right now that I’m aware of. The coin maker originally said he would send a link to me, but now is just selling some coins to me directly.

                          I emailed him asking when he planned on posting the ordering link. I will let you all know what he says. Happier now?

                            I thought they were listed on the GC geocoin forum for sale at one point. but I can’t find it now. I think i didn’t get one because of the shipping costs, or missed the sale.

                              In the geocoin forum, he had a thread showing them, but not for sale yet. He says he will probably have them for sale at the end of the month through one of those coin selling stores – which usually charge a handling fee of $2 per order.

                              Reminder: I will have 10 Team Badger coins available at the event at cost ($10), one per person or team.
