We noticed the Adopt-A Highway signs between Appleton and Manitowoc, along Hwy. 10. Is there a schedule of when/who is going to do this? If the signs are up, and the ditches are messy, motorists may wonder what group is shirking their responsibility.
Might it be incorporated with the Geo Campout at High Cliff in May?
Hello? Is this thing on? ❓
From the BOD meeting in February:
Adopt a Highway
Justin shared communication he’s had. New leadership in DOT seems more interested in the program now. Three times per year expected for our stretch.
Highway 10 about halfway between Appleton and Manitowoc is the designated section for the WGA. Sign is up.
Getting the supplies from the DOT is next step.
Justin, any updates????

Well, In a way Yes…..
I am going to try to get the info from Da FU, that she was able to pick up from GeoPink this past week. I am hoping to get This scheduled for May. They are really not that persistent that you have to do it three times a year, as even once is better than nothing, however I would like to stick to three times a year.
When Da FU and I get toghether, I will post more.
Plan on one for the End of May though.
