saw an “adopt a highway” sign for the Wisconsin Geocaching Association and decided to look for the site.
Did this ever make one of our news letters? The last I saw was from March 14, 2007 “A Whole ‘nother bunch of New Things at the WGA” which just stated that the WGA was taking 1st steps.
We did adopt a segment of highway in the northeastern part of the state. Plans for a highway pick up event were in the works, but were put on hold for various reasons. At present, we have not had great success in making contact with our previous contact person.
The subject isn’t dead, just sorta….comatose at the moment. Hopefully, we can make some progress here.
