Could whomever was involved in the adopt a highway project direct me to a place where I could find more information on the process of setting something like this up locally. (NON-Geocaching related…a local party has question about the process).

I was not involved in the WGA one, but I have been involved in a private one. All the info from how it works to application can be found here.
