I was chatting with a friend last week, and they are going to be moving out of state soon. They have a few caches in central Wisconsin and they want me to look after them. I know there is a process of adopting them but I am not sure how that works. Can someone please fill us in?

Basically, they will put in the GC# and who is going to adopt it (you). You get an email notice, click the link, it is yours.
