Am i the proud owner of a cache???

Hey Everybody

There has been a cache in the shawano area GCGVCF that has been disabled for quite a while. I saw that the Tye was going to open the area up for a new cache and we offered to take over the cache. I emailed Tye and haven’t heard back from him but Tonight, Low and Behold i was checking the Geo-caching.com website and next to the cache there’s a red arrow on the left-side that say MINE?!

So am i correct in believing that we are the proud owners of our first cache??

Also can i have it renamed? Btw you should see this cache reactivated hopefully this weekend or early next week!

If the ownership of the cache has been transfered to you then it’s as if you had listed the cache yourself. You can change the name edit the listing, etc. as you see fit!

GCGVCF was originally placed by lisavemt. We had met her at an event a couple of years ago. Then we heard that there was an illness in the family and her activity ended. We sent her an e-mail a few months ago and there was no response. Lisa has a couple of caches in the Shawano area, perhaps Team M might check on these as well. Any news on Lisa would be appreciated as well.
