ammo cans

Anyone know where I can buy ammo cans in the Milwaukee area? I know Sherpers is an option, but I was hoping for something in the west or north ‘burbs or downtown. I stopped at Fleet Farm in Waukesha last night but they didn’t have any.

Sorry, I can’t help you out here. Fleet Farm has been a dependable supplier for Team Bear Bear’s ammo can hides in the Fox Cities.

As an alternate supply source: We have picked up ammo cans at gun shows and outdoor sporting events. We found them at a competitive $5 for the 50 cal. And $3 for the 30 cal. cans. And they were in great condition – no rust, good seals etc.

There’s an Army Navy surplus store in downtown Milwaukee, about 7th or 8th and Wisconsin. I’m pretty sure they have them.

The Germantown FleetFarm usually has two or three different sizes.
