Anyone know if this animation can be added to a cache page? And, if so how. Any and all suggestions are welcomed.
This is the one I’d like to use: http://highered.mcgraw-hill.com/sites/0072402466/student_view0/chapter11/animations_and_movies.html#
The animation I am specifically interested in is: Fig. 11.9-Artesian Well and Confined Aquifer
Thanks for your help.
Nope, Flash is not allowed on cache page, as a download is required.
Right… just for a test, I tried to embed the flash animation in a cache description and it is stripped out by geocaching.com. But there is an alternative. A flash video can be transformed into an animated GIF, which can be uploaded and used as an image in the cache description. Or if you can find the same (or similar) animation that is already in GIF format, you can just save it and upload it to the cache description.
If that’s greek to you, let me know.. I can help you out.
