Nope — no desire to stay and manage the fort at all on my part. I got stuck doing that last year and didn’t get to find a single geocache. As long as we have someone left at the shelter, I plan on coming along as well. I NEED to cache!!!!!!

Yes, Jesse, will be caching with me. She went with last Sunday, and we walked around the lake, and she was tired, but happy. So was her owner.

So does that mean neither of you can wag your tail after a full day of geocaching?

05/14/2008 at 1:40 pm #1888926For all that are planning on seeking “The Artful Dodger”:
Allow me to introduce myself. I am “rocky is a very good doggie” I adopted this cache two years ago. I am a frequent visitor to Governor Dodge State Park and I have been vacationing at the park since I was an infant.
I want you to know that I checked on all parts of this cache on Monday May 12. It is ready to be hunted. If you have sought the first stage before, you should know about two important changes:
1. The second stage, option 1, had to be moved.
2. I have moved the first stage about 50 feet from its previous hide spot.Have fun hunting this great cache!
05/14/2008 at 4:25 pm #1888927Zuma,
Count RRGoinPostal and I in for the hunt!!!
Later,
Archer05/15/2008 at 12:06 pm #1888928As the original FTF of the Artful Dodger cache, we wish you all a fun hunt. We were newbies back in 2002 when we happened to see it come online just before leaving for the First WGA Campout at Governor Dodge. We spent a few hours on it Saturday as we hunted temps, and finished up on Sunday with a hike to the final.
There was a very special FTF prize handmade by Artopsy in the cache. We will bring it for show and tell at registration.

05/16/2008 at 6:30 pm #1888930Sorry Ralph, but we’re most likely not going to make this one now. I got hold of some bad turkey last night and…
We’ll I’ll save you the gorry details.
If everything goes as planned (plan B) we’ll still make it there tomorrow. Not sure if we’ll have camp set-up by 11:00 though, but we’re sure going to try.
