Next Saturday, April 1st, is the annual April Stools Day which is a clean up of the dog park located in Brookfield’s Mitchell Park. There are a few geocaches in the park, but to make the event, hosted by Elmbrook Humane Society, a bit more fun, I’ve created dozens of waypoints where the objects of the day can be found. There will be prizes and treats for the dogs. More information and the Mapsource file with the waypoints can be found on http://www.waukeshadogparks.org . There is a link to the file on the homepage and event information on the EVENTS link.

Do you need to bring a dog to attend? I can’t get the link to work on the computer that I have. Thanks.

I looked at the waypoint file. These are files of “piles”?

Sorry that I didn’t get back to you sooner Lonesumdove. No, a dog wasn’t required.

Yeah Brian, that’s a pile file. The good news is if you missed the event, there is plenty more where it came from. There might be something about it on TV 6 tonight. Check out my hat.
