Anybody got anything in the Milwaukee area (30-40 mile radius) for Masked Menace? I’ve found a cache for every other outlaw, but just cant locate anything for this one.

I’m still looking for that as well……..

Not Milwaukee, but there’s one in the Eau Claire area called Bridge Over Troubled Waters that would work. There are LOTS of caches with that title, I’ve discovered!

Would the word nutty be acceptable?

    Nope I don’t think so….

    Oh well I’ll keep looking.

We are still in Moab trying to decide if we will actually chase outlaws. The other half of the team says I need to pick the cars, so if we do go be prepared to laugh. I know nothing about skid lockers, can not find rock stairs among my locations to take that Hummer and will probably ended up taking the PT Moozer across a flooding creek. Finally located caches for all the outlaws but have to travel way too much and still need to actually find a couple

These are farther than 30-40 miles but for
Masked Menance—Mac Un Rows Madness GCTY8K
We found Pure Evil but by the time I read the forum Evil was not allowed, although some had already used it. Made me want to ask Tami to change the title to Pure Evil, Aggravating and Frustrating because it sure fit the intent of the requirement

If going up to Neenah you are close to several caches with Apple or variation in the title. And further up Quilt Crazy cache GCP7H3

Yep that’s where I will be picking up my final outlaws!!! Not till the end of June though so i may be finishing right at the bell.

i’ve got a trip to west bend scheduled to pick up most of the rest that i need. got 5 others today in the waukesha/sussex area. and one of them was the ‘not found in 30 days’ one. that was a bonus to my day’s caching. i love that this game gets me motivated to go out caching. but i’m finding this years game very hard. i can’t pick the right car for the life of me. and last year they gave you the keys to solve the puzzles on the map page.
have you noticed the little symbols that keep popping up on the map? i’ve been trying to click on them but nothing happens. i know there is a drawing after the 15th spot, and wonder if this is just the set up for it?

I’m thinking those symbols are some of the locations, but who knows? I haven’t figured those codes out yet.

Lostby, we may be right behind you on the “under the wire” finish, too. We’d hoped to go to Winona tonight, where we’ve done no caching at all and there is one that could work for two of them (giving me a little wiggle room), but Trekkin’ is too whipped and the weather’s not nice, anyway. Hopefully we can get a few of those Green Bay area ones when we go to this graduation party on Saturday.

Five of your outlaws rounded up today, djwini? That’s awesome! We’re kind of stuck at 8 arrests for now. Oh well, it is fun to try and puzzle all this stuff out.

it’s great living in the metropolitan area where there are still a gazillion caches left to find.

there is a bridge over troubled waters near princeton, i think a little north and west. i’m holding off going for that one unless i can’t find something closer.

ok, who has any idea on cracking the petroglyphs? i swore i was going to just let them rest, but they keep calling to me and making me crazy. without a key word, i just have no clue.

The map ones? Nope I haven’t messed with them.
In fact I’m stopped until the end of the month as the final three reqs are too far to go after….

From what I can figure, they have removed the names from the treasure map and replaced them with the blinking petroglyphs. Then it seems like those spots correspond to the same symbols in the evidence file which is likely a list of those very names that you need to figure out where this is. I bet the keyword for them is given in the last puzzle piece, but some people have broken the code and figured out where the map is before hand. I’ve been trying to do that, but no luck so far.

Remember, the Masked Menace needs to be a “MICRO.”
