On a sunny hot summer afternoon, with no pile of snow in sight where he could leave his mark, Bartrod scored find #5000 at our picnic event at Hartman Creek State Park. Check out his log and photos on the cache page for GC5WVV4.
Congratulations, and thanks for coming, Bartrod! You’re a cool guy even in the middle of summer!
07/14/2015 at 3:01 pm #2041311I’m happy I got to be a part of caching up to that point and being at the big event. 5000, wow, it seems so far away for me. Lots of stories to go with lots of caches! Congrats! 🙂
07/14/2015 at 5:20 pm #2041317Congrats! No snow and you still made a big, yellow smiley!
07/14/2015 at 7:24 pm #2041319Congratulations! Wish we’d been able to come and join the fun, but through the wonders of this website, we can still say…well done, Rod!
07/14/2015 at 7:37 pm #2041320I wonder how long until he gets 5000 ftp!
Congrats!

07/15/2015 at 11:08 am #2041336Thanks…was quite a wild day suffering through the heat and humidity first and then hitting the storm front on the way home. Good company at the event made it memorable though:)

07/17/2015 at 10:00 pm #2041400Congratulations Rod. We have to retire so we can attend weekday events and hangout with all of the cool people.
07/18/2015 at 10:40 am #2041406Congrats on 5K Rod, you’ll be up to 10K in no time at all. It’s always fun caching with you.

07/20/2015 at 2:46 pm #2041479Congratulations on 5K! Wow, that’s a lot of smilies. And speaking of smilies, love the milestone picture. I suppose a printer is what you have to use when there’s no snow to spraypaint! 😉
