I can see it now. Viqueens down by 6 to the Packers with 39 seconds to go in the game. 3rd down and 8 yards to go on their own 31 yard line. Favre drops back to pass, he’s got a man open at midfield, but he wants it all. Game over. Did I say that he threw into triple coverage at the 12 and was intercepted?

On the Left Side of the Road...06/12/2009 at 12:37 am #1906757Got another one…wish I could’ve gotten a picture…
Saw someone wearing a great T-shirt emblazoned with a #4 that said:
WE’LL NEVER FORGET YOU, BRENT!
Priceless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On the Left Side of the Road...06/12/2009 at 3:36 am #1906758LOL!

On the Left Side of the Road...06/12/2009 at 11:59 am #1906761Hotel room, gas, and incidentals for a weekend trip to the Green Bay-Minnesota game: $500.
Tickets to the game: $?????!
Watching a formerly beloved Green Bay Packer put the finishing touches on tarnishing his otherwise-amazing career and spit squarely in the eye of every Packer fan who supported him unquestioningly over the years:
Shameless.

06/12/2009 at 2:42 pm #1906763So if you lose your job (such as Burger King) via a layoff or other means and eventually get a job at a competing company (say McDonalds), you should be hated for it????

Get real!
If I quit my job and they hire someone else, I have no right to come bellachin’ that I was replaced. Farve could have said he was going to play in GB last spring instead of issuing his crocodile tear farewell. He could have played for as long as he wanted. Instead…
Ah, where’s that yawning baby again? Oh there it is. Enough already.

Woking at McDonalds for $7 an hour compared to making millions for the Green Bay Packers are two different things! He is the one who quit on us and if he was going to the Viqueens to pass dogs in the stands I wouldn’t complain! But this is a sport I am a fan of and he is the guy who portrayed himself as one of us. Now who wants to see somebody you are a fan of acting like a baby wanting to play for somebody just so they can try to get back at them twice! The Pack had to move on when he retired and he’s sore because they didn’t welcome him back with open arms.
By the way I hate defending Ted!06/27/2009 at 4:19 pm #1906766New best selling tee shirt in Wisconsin:
