Burlington’s Chocolate Fest Geocaching Competition

…and for those keeping score ZagNuts are from Hershey’s…the chocolate factory in Burlington is Nestle…..I sure hope they don’t hold that against us…is it too late to rename us …perhaps “Goobers”?

Hmmmm… here’s an idea…. Who is up for a side wager??!

I accidentally obtained a certain TravelBug at the recent WGA Campout. Here is the consequence of not winning the ChocolateFest Grand Prize…. Everyone except the winning team *MUST* be photographed with this TravelBug AND one of them must take it home with them from Burlington.

What do you say??! 😈

Glad to hear your sticking with the nut theme.

How about this, since I cannot speak for the rest of the team, between the two of us, loser buys the first beer. That goes great with nuts and LDove and I already are set for getting together for one already.

😆 😆 OMG – that song is a classic!!! What a Whopper of a song! Goobers eigh? Now they would not let us live that down for sure. Nestle makes lots of funny names, we could be: Tart n’ Tinys, Runts, Raisinettes, NesQUICK (which we are going to be.)

In addition to being a Hersey product, a Zagnut bar also contains NO chocolate according to Wikipedia:

Unlike many other candy bars, it contains no chocolate, though it does contain a small amount of cocoa.

Maybe this wasn’t the best name choice for a team competing in a contest being held at a chocolate festival?! 🙄 Has anyone out there actually sampled a Zagnut bar?

I’m afraid my wife is actually pretty ticked at me for doing this event without her (and the kids). I tried to explain that the stakes are too high to be dragging along the kids…She knows I’m a bit obsessive when it comes to competition but still she’s not entirely forgiving about my compulsion to play hard. So…I will be heading back pretty much as soon as they hand over the chocolaty goodness…..plus I’m not a beer drinker. Diet Coke, juice and water….that’s pretty much it.

Really? No chocolate in it? Hmmm wonder what a ZagNut IS made of??? 😯 I am up for any name – would not care in the least if we changed it – cause it won’t matter when we are running around with chocolate moustaches anyways 😛 LB7, bring them along! Kids love chocolate and I SUPPOSE we can spare ONE chip for each one 😉 🙄

The kids are not coming along…one is allergic to chocolate and the other doesn’t eat candy of any kind…she’s an odd one.

To be respectful I do think we might want to ask if it’s too late to just go by Team ZigZag? I really do not wish to ruffle feathers by using the name of the competitions bar.

Yeah, same for me… I’m not a beer drinker either. But I’ll still “hang out” with everyone (including the losers) anyway. Maybe they’ll have to buy us all Diet Cokes. 🙄 😆
