I’m not sure if we will get there early enough on Sat to do some of the volunteering (Team Black-Cat) but I would be happy to help with the nametag table in the afternoon.

I’ll be glad ๐Ÿ˜† to help with the downloading on Friday night and Saturday morning. ๐Ÿ˜ณ I like meeting everyone, and working with you, ๐Ÿ˜‰ Jeremy.

I would be glad to help out wherever needed. WP downloads any time on Saturday would be fine. If you don’t have support for Delorme, I’ll have the laptop and cable.

Karen and I would be happy to help with the pancake breakfast. Just wondering if we the WGA would like to use our camp stove again? Used it at the campout, and would be happy to bring it along again. Just let us know. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for volunteering again “Renee”. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I have updated the list with new volunteers.

We could definitely use more volunteers on Sunday morning as well as help taking new geocachers out following the class Saturday morning. Most of the other tasks are covered pretty well.

Thanks to everyone who has committed to helping thus far!

C’mon, nobody else wants to get up at the crack of dawn and help with the pancake breakfast? Let me sweeten the deal… a free breakfast for anyone who helps out for the entire morning. (Warning: You may be yelled at or slightly abused by our pancake chefs if you decide to help with the cooking. :))

We could also use geocachers to help guide newbies to practice caches in Regner Park following the training class on Saturday. We could have 40+ people in the class, so we really need a lot of help at about 9:30 to 10 am on Saturday morning. I know finding the 50 new caches is what everybody will be focused on during the day Saturday, but please consider taking time out and giving back to the sport by showing the ropes those who are just starting out.

Jeremy – my family can help with the item: Beginning Geocaching Workshop, Take Beginners To Caches In Park on Saturday morning.

I can’t guarantee that we can “be there by 6 to help setup” but we will be there to help out with the hands on portion of the workshop if you will forgive our “tardiness” ๐Ÿ™‚

Let me know and I will jot this down on our itinerary.

Jeremy, not sure if you counted me in for sure or Randy, but you can put as where needed at anytime, we are open all weekend – of course!

This humble volunteer is still looking for a patch of grass for himself and the missus this weekend. Any samaritans? Splitting a site, paying for your lawn space. Not paying for a hotel I’ll hardly sleep in, and if neccessary I’ll camp in the car.

You’re more than welcome to camp in our yard…

      Thanks for volunteering Shane.

Those that want to help with the workshop should to be near the bandstand area at Regner Park (where the WGA informational table will be set up) around 9:30am. We’ll organize groups and take the new geocachers out as soon as the “classroom” part of the training is over, which will be somewhere between 9:30 and 10.

Heh, heh. No, looks like I’ll car camp at the Wally World lot… Now if I could just convince our approvers to allow a lamp post cache there ๐Ÿ˜‰ .
