We are upping the ante, there will be more than 50 new permanent caches, yep – you asked for it and your gonna get it!! 😯 Better get your walking shoes ready. Oh and by the way, Friday the 13th night… is going to be a haunted, alien filled night of superstition and fun with a Wherigo possibly thrown in the mix. Stay tuned…. 😈 😉

I just told the kids and they are “stoked”… they are hoping for reflective tacks and flasher 😉
06/03/2010 at 2:06 am #1930248I’m planning for two (or three) very long days of caching.
06/03/2010 at 3:12 am #1930249Working that weekend, but planning a numbers run in West Bend sometime this summer.
06/03/2010 at 3:37 am #1930250Two long and exciting days with a night thrown in!
06/03/2010 at 10:19 pm #1930251Planning for our 3rd time at the cache bash. Just made camping arrangements a couple of weeks ago.
Following the signals from space.
06/03/2010 at 10:22 pm #1930252I have decided to drive to the event Friday afternoon then cache until dark and return early Sat…unless someone has some tent space on their site…
I could only find campgrounds that had minimum two day stays….seriously, anyone wanna let me crash on their site…or on their front lawn on Friday night?
06/03/2010 at 11:00 pm #1930253I would love to go again but that weekend will be spent camping with my son’s Webelo den.
06/05/2010 at 2:04 pm #1930254Elf, these are permanent caches so be sure to head to West Bend any time and enjoy the fun! Sorry we will be missing you this year. It should be fabulous and we hope the weather will be nice again, knock on wood. Our own WGA is also going to be hosting their great pancake breakfast near the new Regner Park Splashpad (for kids) so that should be a fun event for Sunday as well if you can make it for that! Thank you WGA for your help!
06/05/2010 at 2:06 pm #1930255Looking forward to coming out for the event.
It was awful nice of the WGA to make pancakes for me on my birthday! 😆
06/06/2010 at 9:56 pm #1930256The Professor and I hid 8 water caches for the event today on the Milwaukkee River. It is a very scenic stretch of the river with gravel bottom and fairly clear water. The depth varied from 1-2 feet. Both shorelines are private property so these caches will only be accessible with a boat. There are some challenges to retrieving a few of them without falling in.

06/08/2010 at 2:02 am #1930258So….does an “evil” monkey wear a life jacket when hiding caches along a River? hhmmm 😈
