I was checking out the cache of the month page to view the cache pages but had no luck searching for the Birkmose park cache.

Can anybody supply a link to that cache page?

It seems the problem is that the cache is actually called “Hello Wisconsin”. It was a COM winner in Oct of 2002.

I would not think it would be eligible again unless the cache had major changes made to it??

Good catch, Cathunter. I don’t think the WGA board has ever officially addressed the issue of whether a cache can receive COTM more than once. My instincts say “no”. I’ll take up the issue with the other board members and we’ll report back on the vote. In the meantime, we need all WGA members to place your votes for this month’s COTM award by Sunday night. Time is running out. http://wi-geocaching.com/cotm/

The board agreed — a cache is not eligible to win Cache of the Month twice. We removed “Birkmose Park” from the list of nominees.

Another reminder, please vote for a Cache of the Month and a Cache of the Year. Only 36.5 hours left to vote!
