Where would I found out which cache won ‘cache of the year’? I noticed that the cache of the month forum was updated, but didn’t see where the cache of the year was posted.

I think a little congratulations are in order to Cheesehead Dave. Way to go!

I don’t know if the COTM page changed since you looked at it but it is posted on the left column at the top of 2003.
