Hi,
First I assume you are talking about the stats program I wrote (CacheStats from LogicWeave). If so, hard to say exactly what might be going wrong from your description, but here is the list of steps that you need to follow to update your statistics:
1) Click on the “add to queue” button to generate a new my finds pocket query
2) When you receive the email for the my finds pocket query, extract the gpx file from the zipped attachment. Preferably, give it the same name and save it in the same folder on your hard drive as the first time. If you do this, then CacheStats will automatically load it the next time you start. You will know that you saved it to the same location if it asks you “are you sure you want to overwrite” when you extract the files.
3) If you extracted to a different folder you can do a few things: click on the “open gpx file” button within CacheStats, and open the new one. Or try extracting from your email again to overwrite the original. Or use Windows explorer to copy the file from the new folder and paste to the original folder.
