I’ve never exported them all myself. I filter them and export the filtered selections so there aren’t as many to search through when I am looking for them.
I haven’t checked if it exports archived ones, you might check those first.
Since I did not hear anything from anyone else I asked the question on GC.com and got the following back from Clyde who seems to be the “man” when it comes to GSAK since he is basically answering everyone’s questions. Probably the guy who made it.
Anyhow I tried what he said and I was able to get all the information moved over.
I used %smart=15

I am not sure what the maximum length Cachemate will accept for the name, but if the first nn (where nn is the “maximum characters” you have set in GSAK) characters are the same, then Cachemate will reject this them as duplicate waypoints.
So you should really use combination of special tags that will ensure you have unique named waypoints. One solution is to use the %smart=nn special tag. %smart will generate a GSAK smart name that is guaranteed to be unique.
Clyde is pretty handy with GSAK. I guess it comes with having designed and written the program from scratch.
He’s written several cool programs that were posted on his website before there was a GSAK.net. He is a retired airline pilot turned programmer. It was apparently just a hobby until GSAK became so popular. Another of the few who are fortunate enough to have gained income through geocaching.
I export my using %code, and have them that way in my GPSr as well. No duplicates or munged names that way, always know which one I’m looking for between the gpsr and the palm as well.
