I was driving my semi with a set of double trailers through Portage Saturday around 3:00 pm and was passed by a vehicle with the WI license plate “CACHER” Just wondering if that was someone on the site hear or if you know them.
01/11/2009 at 4:03 pm #1900051Not sure who that would be, but I believe that bugsmasher69’s is “TNLN SL”. And it was a PT Cruiser with a window TB decal. 🙂
01/11/2009 at 4:06 pm #1900052I think it was a maroon Olds or Pontiac. I can only go 66 in my semi so they went by pretty fast.
01/11/2009 at 7:18 pm #1900053my plate says cheetoh (cheeto was taken). It’s a sesquicentenial plate so it predates my caching identity by quite a long time.
i used to have a FTF sticker (that resembles an international company sticker) but that went away with the prior vehicle that i totaled. Now my sticker is a “GEO” sticker, same design.
01/11/2009 at 7:20 pm #1900054“Cacher” is “What’s Next” I beleive they live in DePere, Wi.
01/11/2009 at 10:51 pm #1900055We have a plate holder that says “gotta run.” does that count?
On the Left Side of the Road...01/11/2009 at 11:53 pm #1900056We live in Portage and drive a black Toyota Matrix with the plates of TNLN SL. It also has a TB decal on the side windows. No idea who was in our neighbor hood with out saying hi or stopping to find any of our caches.
01/12/2009 at 3:22 am #1900057my license plate is “uws22” and i have a university plate on it, so it has the yellowjacket logo as well 😀 plus the tb decal

Hey we were only going 72 MPH. That is our plate on a Black Ford. We were on our way to support the Ho-Chunk Nation at their gambling facility. I have thought about putting a TB tag on the plate but we have not yet. I saw that someone does have a plate that says CACHERS but ours is without the “S”.
Edit to add: ours is proudly surrounded by a Wisconsin Geocaching Association plate holder.

Association plate holder.I think you were on your way to Ho Chunk. Hope you won some money. I tried to catch you, but my tractor/trailers only go 66 mph with a good tail wind.
01/12/2009 at 2:46 pm #1900060I have seen Drhaas’ vehicle and I know it has a plate along these veins. However, I think theirs is: GEOCACHE

I saw one like that in Manitowoc last week
04/01/2009 at 2:22 am #1900062I saw a car yesterday in Mequon with a plate that read either “IFINDIT” or “IFINDEM”, I forget which. I noticed he had a geocaching.com sticker on his window. Anyone know who that is?

I think it might be Doctor Dolittle.
