I have a friend who I am introducing to geocaching. He has a small fishing boat and wondered if we could find a few caches while boating. Anyone know of areas where there are multiple caches accessible by boat in SE Wisconsin (preferably Waukesha county)? I see Root River Cache (GC1G5M9) in Racine has 4 or 5 nearby that look like you can get to them from the water. Any other ideas?

    Thanks,
    Doug

I had one set up on the Oconomowoc River several years ago but archived it after it went missing. I actually emailed one of the reviewers about setting up some river / lake caches this morning. If I end up setting them out I will let ya know on this thread.

I know that there is one on an island in Pewaukee Lake. “The Island” (GCQQ46). I just checked and it is temporarily disabled right now. That’s all I have.

The ones I have in my home centered PQ are GC1G6CV, GC14GJV, GC13CTF, GCGKH6, and GCQQ46.
