i have a one day trip coming up in august between tomahawk and rhinelander. i’d like to hit a few really nice caches. no micros. not too long of hike so i can get in more caches. this is not my neck of the woods and i probably won’t get back here for a long time. so some suggestions would be appreciated.
thanks
One of my all-time favorites in this area is..
Granted this is a longer hike than 1/4 mile and will probably take you an hour give or take 15 minutes. However, the view is fantastic and the cache is set up very well. It may take away from retrieving other caches but when you are done, you will say, “WOW!”
So Mathman did you mow Ringle yet????? Saddle View Knob is quite the challenge….. I do agree all of 2_stand are great but some are very challenging and better in winter.
djwini do you want to come over to Eagle River?
