Caching with friends …

I have run into several teams on the trail…but have only planned to meet up with a few cachers…

1. Greyhounder (found about 30ish togeather)
2. Black Belts (found 1 with them)
3. Opps5 and Mr. Greenthumb (found about 12 or so with them)
4. Kyser367 (found about 10ish togeather)

(the below three because we teamed up to WIN THE CHOCOLATE FEST EVENT and had sooo much spare time …..did someone say “WIN?”

That said I do plan to meet LOTS more cachers in West Bend soon and to add about 40 more caches to the Black Belt total. $1,000 has me seeing green.

Oshkosh, WI — lightpost free. I’d been tempted to place a Wal-Mart lightpost cache as a lark since there aren’t any, but I didn’t want to a) have the humor missed and b) set a precedent.

OK, first of all. A question. What is the easiest way to share a PQ with geo-friends prior to a day of caching?

You know, that way everyone can do their own thing before hand whether it is going paperless or printing sheets off.

We haven’t done too much caching with other folks. We had hoped to cache with the master Sagasu-Son but that didn’t work out.
But we look forward to that.

We have cached with:

1. Jet-Black
2. Liketolook
3. Refelo
4. Chr
5. Sweech

Hopefully, I haven’t omitted anyone. We have come across several cachers on-the-trail.

I’ve cached with a few, although I certainly don’t keep a running list like some of you.

Sagasu, Labrat, QWERTY, RATMIX, Trick19, -cheeto-, gotta run, SGH, and a few others.

Personally, I like to cache solo. For the most part I go out to Place and not to Cache. I don’t find the Finding very rewarding anymore, to tell you the truth. Very few memorable caches, from my perspective, to make it worth the time and gas expense. But then I really haven’t gotten out to do that many in the state, so take that comment with a grain of salt. I would rather place 1 good cache than go out and find 100 ho-hum caches. To each their own, I guess.

I’ll need to add about 100 more with Black Belts….And I believe a few more with Greyhounder as well though sadly she now falls into second place….

I think it goes without saying that I cache with my Geo-unkle SGH and the talented Blondie Bloodhound. I also cache with refelo (my dad) whenever we’re together.

I have also met up with several cachers at various GZs, but only plan day trips with the above mentioned.

Oops, sorry Pete. You are absolutely correct and I cannot believe I forgot, especially since we got 2 FTFs on our expediation. I keep the list on my profile page, and am glad you let me know, and I will update it.
