Calendar app?

Hi –

Are there any calendar / appointment apps for my Android phone & tablet that will also sync with either our Microsoft Outlook calendar or another Windows desktop app? Our son & daughter-in-law seamlessly sync their 2 iPhones with their Mac Powerbook. I’d like to be able to do the same thing…

Gram would like to be able to do the same with her iPhone 5. Not sure if that much cross-pollination is possible?

Google calendar will sync with both iphone and android phones as far as I know. Then you could just use the Google calendar web app for you calendar on the desktop. Not sure if Microsoft Outlook calendar will sync with Google or not.

The calendar app that already built into your phone (look in your apps for the app named “Calendar”) is automatically synced to your Google calendar account. Google used to distribute a PC program that runs automatically, but they stopped distributing it, as it was encouraging people to use Outlook instead of Google (sigh). In any case, I saved the program, and it still works, so if you send me your email, I will send it to you. Note that either Microsoft or Google could do something to break this program at any time, but right now, it works.
