Calling All Attendees: water, coolers w/ice & charcoal

The picnic is just one week away and the committee is firming up final details. It is customary, and our pleasure, to have cold water available for all and grills fired up, ready and waiting for hungry cachers to cook upon.

At this time, the committee would like to extend a request for donations of the following:

1. Bottled Water
2. Coolers w/ Ice
3. Bags of Charcoal

If you would like to donate any of these items to the picnic, please post here, so that I can get an idea of what will still need to be purchased.

The Picnic committee would like to say, ahead of time, “THANKS BUNCHES” to all those who help make these events a great success!!

Though it does state to bring your own table settings for your group, I grabbed and am also bringing:

– About 300 paper plates… so they can be double up
– Package of 100 plastic forks, 100 knives & 100 spoons
– Package of 500 table Napkins
– 3 24pks of H20, loaded in 2 coolers with ice
