Trying to juggle the schedules of 9 people can be very difficult. Currently, it looks as if the possible dates for the BOD meeting will be one of the following. Will you please list those dates you are available in March and the 1st 2 weeks of April?
Best suggestions so far in March:
March 12th or 13th as the most likely.
March 5th or 6th as the next best choice.
Possible additional dates:
March 19th or 20th
March 26th

April 4th. is a Monday so that’s probably not a good day. However if elected, any other weekend day I’m good to go.
March 5-6 would not be good for me unless I could switch scheduled weekends. (if I am re-elected)

Saturdays will work best for me but all weather dependent based on the location. Priorities in life are God, family and friends, health, work, and hobbies.

Saturday, March 5th at 9 a.m. we will have the Annual BOD meeting. We apologize for not having this etched in stone before this date.
Location should be Wausau from 9 a.m. til 4-5 pm (when the location closes). Hope to have definite room and location locked down this week.

The room is booked in Wausau at the Marathon County Library on March 5th from 9 a.m. until 4:30. We’ll have a lot of ground to cover so be prepared.
