There will be times when the WGA trailer and other assets need a place to stay while waiting for their next trip to a WGA event.

Would you be able to give these things a safe place to stay? Or do you have another suggestion that could work to address this need?

As long as the trailer doesn’t need to be inside. I have a pole shed, but it is full. Other assets can stay in the basement.

All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.

Unfortunately, we have a very small yard, and we store a popup camper next to the garage.  There wouldn’t be enough room for the trailer.  Any other assets possibly could be stored in the basement or the garage.  But I would think that storage wouldn’t be that big of a deal to find a safe spot for the trailer, we have lots of members, I’m sure someone has an empty spot that wouldn’t mind storing a trailer.

Unfortunately where I live, I cannot store the hauler on our property nor do we have a vehicle any longer that is able to haul it. It was suggested that we possibly rent a secure storage area centrally located. However, like HamFam said above, one would hope that one of our members may have the space to store the hauler and would be willing to hitch it up for an event.

An alternative solution would have to be to go back to pre-hauler days and the BOD splits up the assets and brings them individually to the events. I personally am not a big fan of this idea as the BOD is also bringing other items like groceries and coolers to the events as well as their own personal camping, lodging, and caching supplies, but it is an option.

I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

Unfortunately, I do not have space to store the trailer and I believe it is to heavy to haul with my vehicle. If it came down to it and we had to revert to pre hauler days I could store some of the things at my home.

What is the total weight of the trailer, and tounge weight of the trailer?

I don’t have much extra room to park a storage trailer. If I were to say yes, it would be an over nighter at most. What is the size and weight of the trailer?

I am limited on space but if it can sit outdoors I may have a location.  But I do not have a vehicle to pull the trailer at this time.
