Sorry last question……. For now 🙂
Time…. Everything costs time. Do you feel you are able to commit enough time to the BOD to help make a difference? For past BOD do you feel you have contributed enough time or wish you did more? Are you involved with other organizations that might also demand your time as well? Any other comments about time?

01/22/2019 at 12:33 pm #2061977Time is a huge factor. It does take time but with proper management it is very doable. There is 9 members if everyone does their tasks it wont take every waking moment. I am not currently involved with other groups. My family is supportive so they know I will need to take some time here and there to get my tasks done if I get voted in. When I was part of bod I thing my time well spend doing what needed to be done. Thank you for your question.

01/25/2019 at 9:45 am #2062021Currently I am not involved heavily in other organizations. I can’t wait to dedicate my time to an organization I believe is making a difference in geocaching. It will be fun to work with other people to help promote the outdoors in this fabulous state we live in.
01/27/2019 at 1:41 pm #2062055Everything we do involves time. It is the most valuable thing that we posses that we can offer to others. It is the only thing that once we give it away, we cannot take it back. I have recently been giving more of my time to others. In the last two years, I have given to the WGA what time I have needed to in order to make the organization successful. I have begun to participate more in my union local as a member of the executive board, legislative committee chair, and civil rights committee co-chair. Recently I offered my technical knowledge to the Ripon High School FIRST robotics team sponsored by my company.
Having spent the last two years finding out what is involved in the WGA BOD, I do feel I could have given more of my time. I also I could have offered less time and gotten similar results. I know that I invested myself in our organization, and I intend to continue to invest as much time if not more in the coming years.
