Please describe some different events and programs you have initiated and lead. This can be geocaching related or not.
Hi Team DeeJay, I have always practiced what I was taught, that is how to be a team player. This is something I plan on doing if I am selected as a WGA Board Member.
Since being on the Board of Directors, I have Chaired or Co-chaired a couple of the WGA events. Non-caching related, while not having initiated or lead any programs, I have lead as instructor for several of our TaeKwonDo classes.

I was able to put together and lead a geocaching class at the Verona Library to kickoff their summer program as well as serving as one of the guests (along with beccaday) on the Larry Meiller Show on Wisconsin Public Radio.
Haven’t forgotten this one either, but it’s hard for me to list out accomplishments. I hate doing resumes, just give me a bit and I’ll have an answer.
Wow…I could put so much stuff in here as it’s really hard to be humble when you have so much to be humble about.
I think the one geocaching accomplishment that I would like the membership to know about is when you asked me to take over the liaison for Madison Parks and I managed to do away with the requirement and made caching in Madison WAY more convenient.
I served 20 years in the US Navy and retired and have many other stories I could share if anyone cares to hear them.
