Can’t get sound file to open

I want to start to solve the Loony Toons cache (gc1kkyz) but when I go to click on the “theme” all I get is web page can not open. I have tried opening it at differnet times & different ways. All the “theme” links seem to be the same for me with the web page cant open message.
Any ideas how to get the sound bits I need to solve this puzzle?

My computer opens them just fine using “Quicktime”.

Windows media player should also be able to play them.
