Hi,
I was going to change my cow pic and I go into profile and when I try to upload form my pc of even from the web I does not work Any help would be greatWhat kind of file is it?
What is the message you get when you try to upload?
it was a jpeg it gives the msg you must go though You account ect ect…and I both put in a url and from my computer it tells me you must go though You account ect ect i hit contine and nothing it cleared out my url or upload line and nothing no pic
I’ll list the whole process, even though you seem to know how to get where you need to be…
Go to “Your Account” and select “Change Info” or just click .
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the form and click “Upload through forum profile”. You will get the attention message you mentioned. Click “Continue”.
Scroll to the bottom and click the browse button after “Upload Avatar from your mathine”. Find your avatar file and then select “Submit”.
If the file is too big, you “should” be getting a message telling you that, but I see that it just goes back to the attention message. Make sure the file fits the size and diminsions limits.
If the file size, etc. is ok, and you still can’t upload. PM me and we’ll get it figured out.
