I received this request via Private Message. As I already have a few other events in the works for this Fall, I just will not have the time this request will take to plan and conduct. If you are able to assist her, just private message me and I will put you in contact.

Hello:
I’m writing on behalf of the Cedar Lakes Conservation Foundation. We are planning a “Trail Hike” event on October 10, 2009 at one of our preserved properties – Fox Hill Nature Preserve. This is a 145 acre preserve with many trails, prairies, and woodlands. From it’s highest point both Big and Little Cedar Lakes are visable.
We have been asked in the past if geocaching is allowed at Fox Hill, and were thinking that this event might make for a good opportunity to have someone do a geocaching demonstration. This will be a family friendly event. We will be roasting hot dogs, having self-guided trail hikes, and various fall festival type games for kids. The purpose of this event is to celebrate Fox Hill which is now in its 10 year, and to get the public active in conservation.
Would you know of anyone who would be interested in conducting some sort of demonstration? Your help is greatly appreciated. You may contact me (contact AuntieNae for contact information). Please visit the CLCF website for more information on Fox Hill (click on the properties tab). http://www.clcf.info.
