I’m posting this because I’m not sure if our (this time) hosts actively use WGA message boards. Hopefully their toes won’t feel stepped on Just trying to spread the word!

Beast, Not that I know of. Would you do the honors if you haven’t already?

We got a response from Genius Loci.

He sends his regrets. He has a work obligation that is conflicting with caching activities on the 25th.

He also sends his sincere appreciation for the way we have made him and his flatlander buddies feel so welcome at our activities.

Kudos Wisconsin cachers, you are very gracious hosts.

For those planning on attending this event, maybe you’ll want to stay a bit longer. I found this in our local paper last night…..
The Friends of Mirror Lake will be hosting a “Mystery Hike” from 6:30 to 8:00 PM on Sat. Oct. 25th.
The gentle candlelit one mile trail will provide a safe, fun, and educational hike for children and adults alike. Children can use their “detective skills” to help solve the mysterious happenings at Mirror Lake. After the hike there will be door prizes, hotdogs (not us), cider and cookies available for a nominal fee.
THE HIKE IS FREE OF CHARGE.

The candlelit hikes at Miror Lake have always been some of our favorites…hope to see you there.
