Well, I don’t pay a whole lot of attention to these challenges, today I got the bug to check out a few. But at least I finally got a reason to upload a picture I took this summer. We were visiting Glacier National Park and we passed by “The World’s Largest Wooden Spoon Shop” and then in small letters it said “…probably”. Then there was a big purple spoon and another sign “World’s Largest Purple Spoon” and then in smaller letters “most likely”. This place cracked me up and their spoons were amazing! They were works of art. No nearby cache so I was happy to upload my photo for the challenge.

Does anybody have a sense of whether these are popular, stagnant, declining, etc?

There still are none that show up whenever I search for them. So I don’t know where they are, but I know they’re not here.

EDIT: I take part of that back, there are two at Lambeau Field.

Really? Are you sure there aren’t any close to home for you?

I did a ton of international travel pre-geocaching (and the first year of it, but didn’t think to take a GPS cause I was so new). Most of the cool things I saw I can upload to waymarking. Why, I don’t know, but I’ve done that.
