Chat with DNR Customer Service Live

This was pretty cool. There is a live DNR chat line so that you can instant message rather than pick up a phone to ask questions. It worked well and I had the needed information right away.

You will need Windows and IE.

Thank you for the link! While I did not have a geocaching question, the chat was definitly helpful and much easier than calling.
