I guess the one thing that intrigues me the most about your numbers is that you log each multi-cache as ONLY one cache and you don’t log temporary caches. That IS IMPRESSIVE!

Thanks for the congrats, everyone. We enjoy this sport immensely and perhaps that is one of the reasons we try and cache as much as we can. We also do it for the exercise (we need it).

As far as how we came up with our name . . . When we heard about geocaching we decided to give it a try and we needed to come up with a name we thought appropriate for “treasure hunters”. We considered GeoPirates and GeoBandits but thought “Bandits” pretty much said it all. We thought the search for goodies out in the woods was much like raccoons in search of food.

Geocaching is the best decision we ever made. 99% of our friends are geocachers, and for that, we are thankful!
