Last Wednesday July 31 The Searchers and Team Rusch took a trip to the picnic site to plan the childrens activities. This is a very nice spot for the picnic. We hiked around and got coordinates for the kids caches and will be placing them early the day of the picnic. We are now in the process of putting the finishing touches on the rest of the activities and will post another update in about a week.

Great!, keep us posted. I can’t wait to hear what you have lined up for the kids.

Just a note to let you know.
I posted that 2 children were coming. My son will now not be in attendance. So 1 less (11 year old) will be there. My (8 year old) daughter will be there with us.

    Thanks for putting this together.

Here is the update on plans for the childrens activities at the picnic. We are planning on 2 easier caches for the smaller children and 2 others for the older group. Each child will also recieve a goodies package when registering. We will have a printed sheet similar to the ones being handed out for the caches. Debbie and Katie will have activiteis available for the children all day but this is not a child sitting service so parents still need to be responsible for their children. Any moms or dads that would like to help out for a time during the day please let us know on the day of the picnic. See you for a fun day.
