With his usual attention to thought and detail, CodeJunkie planned and executed a find on his 1000th blue question mark, and he will also have a souvenir of that milestone because he made ?#1000 his Mystery of Pi cache. The honored cache was GC214BC, which was placed by CJ’s favorite (but seldom seen) puzzler. Congrats, Ed!

On the Left Side of the Road...03/18/2015 at 10:29 am #2037478Great choice for the 1K Puzzle find, I can’t think of a more appropriate cache to log that monumental milestone. I’m honored and humbled to have passively participated in what has surely been an almost inconceivable commitment of time and effort to solve and find that many puzzle caches. Consider for a moment that an average puzzle takes anywhere from 10 minutes to a couple hours to solve and another 30 minutes to track down and find… let’s just call it an hour shall we? That’s 1000 hours, or almost 42 straight days of 24/7 solving. A PuzzleJunkie indeed!

Let’s make sure we don’t mention the time element to Mrs. CJ. I don’t think she is aware of how much time CJ puts into puzzle solving! Congrats Ed. That is an amazing accomplishment!
