Bartrod and Gonzakel volunteered to help from the Facebook group. Can we get them added to the forum? I don’t know how to do that!

hoping that this user forum is the Winter event one. Added Bartrod and I believe Gonzakel’s WGA user name is Kelso, so that has been added.
hope that is correct.

That’s a good question, I was wondering that myself. I’m still trying to decide if I’m going to carpool with Renee or drive seperately. I’d like to save the money on gas but I need to get there bright and early to make sure that we can get the food cooking early since I have the food. Anyone know how early we can get in?
Rod, would you be able to come early for set up? Or stay late for clean up? Anyone else?

Rod, you also are in charge of the Bonfire! I pass the “torch” to you!

I can get there at 8:30 but will anyone else be there with the nescoes?

I’ll be there at 8:30(ish) to help with cooking, setup and generally doing whatever Becca tells me to.
