Congratulations to Trekkin & Birdin and WI_pattymel for completing the WGA State Parks Series. That is all 47 parks visited and cached in! They now join Geolivestrong as the only WGA members to have completed the series.
Trekkin & Birdin’s final cache in the series was GC4HE36
WI_pattymel’s final cache in the series was GC4QEM6
Congratulations on accomplishing this feat! I liked reading their logs as they both had a bit of a synopsis for the series in there. Thank you for that!

06/23/2015 at 10:24 am #2040765Congrats to those who have visited all the state parks and completed the series of WGA caches in them!
But did you know…
The WGA State Parks Series isn’t just about finding them all, but about exploring and enjoying Wisconsin state parks. Cachers can find one or 47 or anywhere in between to have accomplished something. Not everyone can travel all over to find all of these caches, but the five different biomes were set up so that perhaps cachers could become more familiar with the parks that are in their general areas. Find all of the ones in a biome and get a piece of electronic art on your WGA profile… That’s an accomplishment, too! Learn more about a state park that may be close to you and make it a favorite spot to explore the outdoors… Another accomplishment!

06/24/2015 at 4:46 pm #2040792Awesome! They all passed Dreamcatchr and myself up! We only have two left to find. Hopefully in the next few weeks we can join the ranks! 😀
06/29/2015 at 3:29 pm #2040919Awesome achievement by all of these teams. I agree with Pat’s assessment. We find them whenever we are near and have enjoyed other things in the same areas. It would be nice to find them all, but I doubt if we ever will.
06/29/2015 at 6:32 pm #2040924Congrats on finishing the State Parks series. We are enjoying this series and are amazed at the things you can find in your state parks. Without this series we would have continued to miss all the state parks have to offer. We have discovered that there are many that we want to revisit.
12/16/2015 at 10:39 am #2045199I have found but need to log Lakeshore which will complete the series for me!

12/19/2015 at 9:58 am #2045285On the website here, the finders’ list hasn’t updated for quite a while, and neither have the WGASPS stats and electronic art on the individual profile pages. In fact, for you, WA, it shows that you have no WGASPS finds on your profile! 😯
12/21/2015 at 8:51 am #2045316I know, isn’t that great?
I went from 37 finds to 0.We have a hunch it has to do with the custom plug-ins TBC made for us and as with everything, updates happen. We have added this to the To Do list for our new webmasters.
I am glad to know that what I saw was also seen from others.

12/22/2015 at 8:21 am #2045359Good job! Did you remember to sign my name on the logs as you did them? Too bad. Guess the search continues.

12/22/2015 at 1:41 pm #2045370Back to 37. No updates since the picnic. 🙁
Will have to ask our crack staff about tackling this one.
