Hey all,
Just wondering if any of the computer savvy people here have an answer for this one.
My computer decided to stop recognizing plug in devices, which means that I cannot upload wpts to my gps.
It is a new computer, AMD processor, and has worked well for the past month. It has 6 USB ports and all that I had used before automatically recognized devices of all sorts. Now it recognizes none. The last device used was an Ipod, so maybe it was Apple gremlins.
I shut everything off, and tried again. Devices power up, and on the device they look as if connected, but according to the list of drives on the computer tab, they are not there. Any ideas how to fix this issue?
thanks
z
might look at the online help here, it may at least put you on the right path.

Hmm, after reading that one, it seems too simple but it could work.
many of the other links mention reinstalling the USB drivers.
good luck! You could always hand enter the coords, right? 😯 😆

Seriously, Ralph, don’t waste time on it. Just take it back to the store. They will either fix it or exchange it.
