COTM help

[Walkingadventure]

I had someone contact me about voting for the COTM. On I.E. and Firefox they are logged in but when they go to the Region to vote for COTM, they have no radio button to select. All they see is the little GC symbol and the cache name.

Any suggestions?

Have they found the cache, no smiley no vote

They are logged in. We checked this first.

They did log a find to the cache they were wanting to vote for.

I just opened a zone that had a nominated cache that I had NOT found. I was able to vote for it anyway. Should that happen?
