After placing a new cache today, I was talking to the owner of one of the restaurants in town and she’s very willing to host an “Earth Day Event”. Great!
I don’t see how to actually create the event on the website. Going through the standard means for a physical cache, even after selecting “show other cache types” doesn’t give me the option of “Event”.
What am I missing?

Scroll further down below the images of other types of caches. There is a create an event part to that page… events and CITOs. I recently had the same problem. Not the best set-up for people to see… 😕
Sorry, that was on the initial “Hiding a Geocache” page, the one with the quiz. Farther down on that page is “Creating an Event”.
I’m missing it too? Blind I guess

Yes, hard to see in the “new and improved” format.

If you scroll down it says create a new geocache. That used to be enough. Scroll down farther: create a new event. A-ha! There it is! No hint at all of what is hiding way down at the bottom of that page… 🙄
That being said… Save the afternoon of Sunday, April 26, to help whack scrub oak from the RAC SP prairie. More to come.

I would’ve sworn I replied to myself saying this already, but I guess not? Yes, I don’t like the new and improved format either.
Doing this on a phone makes it much harder to see things.

Thanks for the help!
