Congratulations go out to damando on his first geocaching find at GC1MR3T during the CITO event at the park. Damando had posted in the WGA forums for some help learning the ropes of his receiver, and Jim of JimandLinda volunteered to share his experience with that brand of receiver, so the two met up at the CITO event, and soon they could be seen all over the park checking out trees and bushes.
Damando now knows how to find the cache, but at the CITO he was able to show that he knows how to find the trash, coming out of the woods with a goodly chunk of junk!
Thanks for you CITO help, damando, and congrats on find #1!!!!!
Awesome. Congratulations on getting started. Hopefully it’s just the beginning of what will turn into some great adventures for you. Thanks for checking in with the WGA for help. If you need more help, feel free to ask.
It was great to see a new cacher hit milestone #1. Now he knows a little about what in the world he’s looking for!
Congrats and welcome to the hunt! 😀
Congratulations on find #1 and welcome!

You had a good tutor. If I had a tutor I might not have gone 0-5 on my first day of caching. Watch out for the addiction.
Got to witness the find. Good to have you on board!
Welcome to the insanity!

oh the first one is the sweetest I think… welcome to the world of tupperware and bison tube chasing…. your family/friends will never understand until you take them out for their first one…
enjoy your new hobby… oh and be careful (or you’ll get a square on a bingo card for having had to go to a doctor as a result of geocaching. and that’s all i’m gonna say about that…)
