GPX Sonar does not support a “merge” option.
CacheMate, a similar program, allows you to turn merging on and off.

I am a user of GPX Sonar and I do all my blending using GSAK. I then export from GSAK one .gpx file (with ~1000 caches) that has all the caches I’ll probably need that day.

Another thought is that PQs are limited to 500 caches. Increase the number in the files you are requesting, don’t worry your PDA/GpxSonar can handle it. Maybe you don’t need 6 files where 1 will do.

I tried GPX sonar, but it doesn’t do a thing for me. Maybe there’s something I’m missing?

If I open it up on my PPC, it sits there for 5-10 minutes, then might show a file select dialog. That’s all I’ve been able to get it to do. I’ve been using CM instead due to this.
