Is there a way yet where you can search by favorite points?
on the search for geocaches page, you can search by favorite points, D and T ratings, and direction.
it does take like a 50 mile radius on the search so if you want to see favorites nearby, you could limit it with a PQDisclaimer : Always answering to a higher power.

Sort of. You can do a search by typing in an address or zip code (not a pocket query), and when the results appear, click on the blue ribbon near the top of the page. That will sort them by most favorite votes to least votes.

it does take like a 50 mile radius on the search so if you want to see favorites nearby, you could limit it with a PQI read this and went “How did I miss this?” After looking at the page, I believe Pete means that you can sort your list by favorite points (or terrain or difficulty) by clicking on the column header (in the case of favorites, on the blue ribbon). I do believe this is a PMO feature.
Virtually everyone thinks that the Favorites rating will end up in the GPX file (and thus handled by GSAK) soon, but that has not yet been announced.

07/15/2011 at 3:42 pm #1950055The only possible change that I would like to see now is a minimum number of votes to win – say 5. With the increase in nominations and the requirement of having found the cache to be eligible to vote for it I think some of the nominees may be winning with 1 or 2 votes. One persons favorite might be everyone elses dud. This is evidenced by some of the new West Bend P&G’s having favorites stars on them. It would be nice to keep the integrity of what COTM was meant to be. The alternative would be to publish how many votes a cache got similar to how many favorite stars a cache may have.
07/15/2011 at 4:11 pm #1950056To help insure the integrity of what COTM is meant to be, we really need active members to be involved by nominations and voting.
One thought that I think may have been eluded to would be if there was some way to nominate a cache for the next month instead of the current one. Thus allowing people who may not have done a particular cache to see that it was nominated and then have a chance to go find it to see if it is a worthy cache for the COTM and vote for it or if not, not vote for it.

On any search that you do, you can look at the caches in the PQ. While doing that, just click on the blue ribbon at the top of the list of caches, and it will sort the caches in your PQ by number of favorite votes, instead of sorting them by proximity.
