Since we don’t have electricity at the group sites, we need to figure out how to brew some coffee in our electric perk. The perk draws 1090 watts.
I’m wondering if any one has a power inverter big enough to run the coffee perk? It would need to be at least 1200 watt capacity (and not 1000 or 1200 watt “peak”).
Plan B is to transport the perk to an outlet within the park, brew the coffee, then transport it back. This could prove to be a tricky endeavor. Perhaps someone with an electric site could start the perk in their camp early in the AM, then bring it to the group site before the pancake breakfast starts?
This year we won’t be able to use a generator since we are located in the campground with other campers nearby.
I know there’s one in the garage in Iola, my brother will check the output. I’ll hound him till I get an answer.

We can disregard on the inverter. I going to pick up one of these from Cabelas tomorrow morning. The 36 cup model !!
Tie pointed out that we would need about 100 amps to run an inverter this size. This is a little excessive.
