For those folks that might be interested (including me) how dog friendly is Bong?

Besides having a good chance of coming home covered in ticks are there other reasons to leave the dogs at home for this one?

    Thanks!

all I could quickly find on the WDNR page for Bong….

Dogs must be on a leash no longer than 8 feet and under control at all times. You are required to pick up after your dog. The pet picnic area adjacent to Shelter #2 is open.

    complete WDNR – Dogs page

Bong is good with dogs, just stick to the leash rules unless you’re training the dogs for hunting. There are specific areas for that though.

And please clean up after your dog, I’d hate to mistake it for a new Rogheff cache! 😆 Or NEMESIS for that matter. 8)

To clarify, the only places you can’t take a dog on a leash are the nature trails (not the hiking trails) and inside the buildings.
